I am a creative arts therapist who works with children and adults for over 25 years. My approach is relaxed and open, supporting clients to find their own pace, they trust and manage difficult feelings, using the body as well as talking and art. I offer a space to reshape old patterns and develop new tools: in education, business and personal life. My focus is that of the whole self. Supporting clients growth and wellbeing is at the cornerstone of my work
