I am a fully trained Integrative Counsellor with a Diploma in Counselling from the Minster Centre in London. I am currently working towards completing my Masters in Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of the BACP (membership number 00971363) with a background in HR and hospitality. Therapy offers a confidential space in which to talk and explore your feelings, thoughts and actions and so develop a better understanding of yourself and others.

I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space from which this exploration can happen. My approach is integrative – drawing on different theories and ways of working – with a relational focus. I work with the whole person – their thoughts, feelings, behaviours and physiological systems (the responses in their body). You might be struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, unhealthy behaviours or low self-worth. Or perhaps you are at a crossroads in your work or a relationship that you would like the time and help to think about.

Some people come to therapy with very specific goals and other people have more broad or general needs. Either is welcome. Sessions take place once a week at the same time and day and last 50 minutes.

I work predominantly in person, with the option of online sessions for flexibility. An initial assessment session / consultation will provide an opportunity to ask questions and explore any concerns you may have about therapy. At this first appointment, we will consider what will be most helpful to your personal needs and how best to progress.

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
