Heather Guile

After many years working in the business world and raising two teenagers, I found myself drawn to something that had always sparked my curiosity – the incredible science of gut health.

That passion led me to retrain, completing my Post Graduate Diploma studies to qualify as a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Now, I get to do what I love most: helping people feel better in their bodies. My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition science, but it’s also shaped by real life. I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re struggling with your health, which is why I focus on providing practical, empathetic, and tailored advice.

This isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions – it’s about uncovering the root causes of your symptoms, such as bloating, fatigue, low mood, and stubborn weight gain and supporting you with changes that will fit into your lifestyle.
