Jean Morris
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy takes courage and finding the right person to talk to matters. I’m a psychoanalytic psychotherapist-in-training and I offer a warm, safe and friendly space where you can speak freely and be properly heard. I have a special interest in heartache in all its forms: loneliness, grief, heartbreak and the losses that are hard to put into words. I also work with anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties.
My training is attachment-based, which means that, if you’d like, we can pay close attention to how you connect with others. If you recognise yourself as avoidant, anxious or disorganised in your relationships, or you keep finding yourself in the same painful patterns, we can explore where these come from and how they can begin to shift. If something here resonates with you, please get in touch. We can arrange a 20-minute video conversation and see whether working together feels right. As I’m in training, I have a number of low-cost slots available, online or in person.
Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
