After an undergraduate degree at Oxford University, I worked as a professional writer for many years before training at the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, a founder institution of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. This enables me to draw on a range of therapeutic traditions including Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, CBT, Internal Family Systems, Existential Psychotherapy and beyond.
