Life can present challenges at any stage, and there are times when carrying things on our own becomes too heavy. Having a thoughtful, supportive space to talk can make a real difference.

Taking the first step to seek support can feel daunting, and I can offer a calm, respectful space where you can explore what is happening for you at your own pace. You may be considering counselling because you are experiencing low self-esteem, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward – whether you are facing difficulties with relationships, coping with loss, or living with the impact of earlier life experiences.

I am a BACP-registered counsellor, qualified with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Coaching. Since qualifying, I have worked within charitable settings, supporting adults with a wide and diverse range of needs. My experience includes working with anxiety, family and relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, and the impact of historic childhood abuse, as well as other emotional and life challenges.

Alongside my professional training, I bring a wealth of life experience to the therapeutic relationship. I understand that life’s challenges are often shaped by complex personal histories, responsibilities, and transitions. Many clients value working with a therapist who can offer both professional skills and a thoughtful, grounded perspective.

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
