I’ve worked in the health, fitness, and holistic therapy space for over 20 years. My approach brings together different tools and perspectives—like NLP, hypnotherapy, developmental psychology, life coaching, EFT, mindfulness, and somatic practices—woven together to meet each person where they are.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. Together, we’ll look at what’s going on for you right now, explore what’s shaped your journey so far, and find ways to move toward the life you want to be living.

Massage Therapy
Massage can be a powerful way to release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
It can support better sleep, reduce anxiety and stress, ease pain, and improve overall wellbeing.
Each session is shaped around what you need on the day—whether that’s deep relaxation, pain relief, or simply some time to feel cared for.
I find it incredibly rewarding to see people leave a session feeling lighter, more at ease, and often with less pain than when they walked in.
