With over 20 years’ experience supporting people through conflict, stress, and change in my work as a senior leader and lawyer, I bring a calm and practical understanding to my psychotherapy practice, providing a warm, reflective, and confidential space to explore underlying thoughts and feelings, with the aim of fostering insight and lasting change.
How I work? I offer a confidential, down-to-earth space where you can talk openly and be heard.
My approach is integrative and relational, we explore what’s happening in your life and what may sit underneath it. We go at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. Together we’ll look at patterns, emotions, and relationships to help you understand yourself more deeply.
Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded, connected, and able to make clearer choices. I offer both short-term and longer-term work, depending on what you need.
