I am a trainee psychotherapist working towards UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) accreditation. I offer affordable therapy through Welsh Psychotherapy Institute’s (WPI) Affordable Therapy Service, which provides high quality psychotherapy by therapists who are in training and working towards accreditation.

I offer therapy for individual adults on a short or long term basis.

I offer therapy in both English and Polish.

I offer a safe, supportive space to explore and start to make sense of your experiences.
