Whether you need support through a difficult time, want to make changes, break old habits or just understand yourself better – nothing is too small or too big for therapy. I work alongside you to navigate day-to-day challenges while also supporting you in deepening your awareness of yourself, your patterns, and your experiences, so that healing and growth can take place.

I am trained in the Humanistic approach, which integrates Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis. This means my approach is carefully tailored to meet your unique and individual needs.

I bring warmth, openness, and empathy to my work. My role is to provide a safe space where you can explore what troubles you. I am non-defensive, ensuring we have regular check-ins and space for feedback.

I work both face to face and online, either on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time. Sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly. In-person sessions take place in Richmond (a 5-minute walk from the station) or near Twickenham Green. Online sessions are held via Zoom.

I can provide support for clients with a range of issues, including anxiety, shame, depression, trauma, loss, low self-esteem and self-worth and the many other interconnected issues that impact life & mental well-being.

You are very welcome to get in touch if you’d like to know more or have a chat about how we might work together.
