I am Kassy Light, a qualified Psychosynthesis therapist working with clients face to face or online. My approach is warm, client-centred, and holistic, offering a compassionate space to explore thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences without judgment.

My approach helps you deepen self-awareness, explore unconscious patterns, and connect with a greater sense of meaning and purpose. l see my role as working alongside you assisting you in developing your own understanding of yourself and your experiences to bring about relief and transformation.
