I offer a safe and understanding space to access therapy and talk about what’s going on for you. Therapy can support you to understand yourself better, to explore new perspectives and practice compassion for yourself and others. Whether you have something specific you would like to work on or if you’re simply not feeling like yourself and don’t know where to start, therapy might be helpful to you.

I am a BACP-accredited integrative therapist with an MA in counselling and psychotherapy.

My approach includes weaving different methods of therapy together. It can be difficult to put painful experiences into words for the first time, or to share that with another person. I have a selection of creative materials available if you would like to try expressing yourself in this way, as well as talking.

What I can help with:

• Anxiety
• Depression
• Confidence/ self-worth
• Sexuality
• Gender
• CPTSD
• Neurodiversity
• Relationships
• Estrangement

I offer a free 15-minute introductory telephone call to learn more about my approach and to ask any questions you may have. Ongoing sessions are held weekly, last 50 minutes and cost £70.
