I am a BACP accredited Person-Centered Counsellor, and I enjoy learning about other modalities and bringing that knowledge into my practice. 

I believe that you are the expert on yourself and my hope is that in working together, without judgement and at your pace, you will learn more about yourself and trust your own decision-making process.  

I work with people aged 16 and above, from all cultures, walks of life, faiths and non, and have delivered over 1000 counselling hours.
