I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor working with clients aged 16+ and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer a calm and welcoming space where you can talk openly about your concerns. I bring warmth and my human side into sessions, supporting you to make sense of what you’re experiencing and explore the changes you’d like to make.
Professional experience
Since 2010, I have worked across dementia services, NHS settings, counselling agencies, and private practice, supporting people with a wide range of emotional and
practical challenges.

Bereavement & Loss – Grief, bereavement, and significant life changes. Support in processing loss and changes in identity.
Relationships & Life Pressures– Relationship difficulties, communication issues, and life pressures.
