I offer embodied, relational, depth psychotherapy – a countercultural space to meet what’s difficult, and reconnect with what makes you come alive.
Our culture moves us toward quick fixes and linear answers, away from the body’s wisdom and what’s most alive in us. This work moves the other way: unhurried, embodied, and depth-oriented – tracking what the body holds, looking beneath the symptom to what’s underneath it.
This is Core Process Psychotherapy – an approach integrating Eastern psychology and mindfulness with Western psychotherapeutic understanding, taught at the Karuna Institute since the 1980s. It holds a deep confidence in your inherent capacity for health and wholeness, no matter how difficult things feel right now.
I make a commitment to be with you in your most difficult places and experiences, without judgement. Whether you’re carrying anxiety, depression, shame, loneliness, loss, or a disconnection that’s hard to name – there’s room for it here.
I’m a UKCP Trainee Psychotherapist (Post Graduate Diploma in Core Process Psychotherapy, working towards UKCP registration) · ACPP. I offer a free initial session of up to one hour, and a limited number of reduced-rate places for those who need them.
