Kristina Abbott
I’m Kristina and I am a person-centred counsellor. I work with people to help them gain a deeper understanding and compassion for themselves. Whether you have pain rooted in past trauma, feelings of depression or everyday anxiety, we can work together to begin to bring healing into your life. I offer a warm, accepting space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and valued and to work together through whatever you are facing. I have particular experience in working with depression, anxiety, bereavement/grief, identity/self-worth, childhood/relationships. I also work with people who want to explore or have questions about their faith or spirituality. I understand that counselling is a deeply personal journey, and it’s important to feel comfortable with your counsellor.
