I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist and accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Practitioner. In my private work, I mainly offer CAT and EMDR, but can draw on a range of approaches to suit clients’ needs.
I work with a range of problems and symptoms including difficulties in relationships that may be rooted in childhood experiences, trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, self-harm, eating disorders, addictions and physical symptoms. I have experience working with adults including people over 65.
