I strive to create a warm, compassionate environment where you feel truly seen and heard. I believe every person’s story is unique and that everyone deserves careful, respectful attention. Having a dedicated point in your week to take time for yourself can provide a much-needed pause to think, reflect, and just be.
I know the idea of therapy can often feel overwhelming, and the therapy room itself can feel quite rigid. Because of this, building a genuine relationship with you is central to how I work. For me, therapy is about far more than just the words we say. We can learn so much about ourselves simply from the way we feel, react, and interact together in the room.
My approach is psychodynamic, meaning I am interested in what is bringing you to therapy now, whilst also being curious about your earlier experiences. Our day-to-day behaviours, thoughts, and relationships are often shaped by our past. By thinking about this together, we can safely untangle how you are feeling, deepen your self-knowledge, and open up new ways of relating to the world around you.
I offer both open-ended and time-limited therapy. If you feel we might be a good fit, please do reach out to arrange an initial session.
Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
