Navigating difficult times can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. In a safe, non-judgemental space, you can explore your thoughts and feelings, uncover inner strengths, and find ways to ease stress and support your wellbeing. I believe that self-discovery fosters clarity and empowers decision-making, paving the way for meaningful change.
I am an Integrative Counsellor and Gestalt Psychotherapist with over ten years’ experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. My approach is warm, collaborative, and respectful. Therapy with me is not about being “fixed” — it is about being truly heard, supported, and gently challenged in ways that encourage growth. I draw on a range of therapeutic traditions — Gestalt, Humanistic, person-centred, psychodynamic, and existential — to respond flexibly to your unique needs. I work with a wide variety of issues, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, identity, and life transitions such as relocation, separation, or career change.
Having moved from Ukraine myself, I understand the challenges of adapting to a new culture and the complex feelings it can bring. I support clients in embracing change, navigating cross-cultural experiences, and finding stability in times of transition. I offer therapy in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, both online and face to face.
Sessions are available in Twickenham, Richmond and online, making support accessible wherever you are. I welcome people from diverse backgrounds and adapt my approach to suit each client’s pace, goals, and circumstances. Therapy can be short-term, to focus on a specific concern, or longer-term, to explore deeper patterns and support lasting transformation. Clients often share that therapy helps them feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
My aim is always to meet you where you are and provide a supportive space where growth feels possible.
