I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and fully supported. Together, we will work with whatever you bring to the session and focus on what is most present for you in the moment. Some sessions might delve into the beliefs you formed about the world during childhood, while others could focus on future plans and actionable strategies to achieve your goals. We can explore limiting beliefs, recurring patterns, and ways to break free from letting the past dictate your future.

I specialize in helping clients navigate a variety of challenges, including: • Stress, Anxiety, and Depression: Finding balance and emotional relief. • Bereavement, Grief, and Loss: Supporting you through life’s most difficult transitions. • Motivation and Purpose: Rediscovering meaning and drive in your life. • Self-Esteem and Confidence: Building a stronger, more empowered sense of self. • Relationship Challenges: Healing from breakups and improving connections. How do I work? I work in a safe, empathetic, and supportive way, where trust and your well-being are always my top priorities.

In our sessions, I offer my full presence as a steady and compassionate container, gently encouraging you to explore areas in need of attention and growth. Care, warmth, and nurturing are at the heart of our work together, ensuring you feel welcomed, accepted, and validated every step of the way. I combine my training in psychotherapy with mindfulness, bereavement support, and somatic practices to create a personalized and holistic approach tailored to each client. Over the course of my training and practice, I’ve come to deeply understand how interconnected the mind and body are. For lasting and meaningful change, it’s essential to address every aspect of your being–mind, body, and soul. My therapeutic approach draws from a rich blend of modalities, including Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theories, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I integrate these approaches with psychosomatic practices, neuroscience-based insights, breathwork, and spirituality to create a deeply rooted and transformative process. I also believe that true well-being is built on key foundations: nourishing your body with healthy food, staying active with regular exercise, and fostering meaningful social connections. These pillars, combined with our work together, can help you build a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and authentically yours.
