If you’re here, it probably means you’re ready to take a step towards changing something in your life. People come to therapy for many reasons: to come to terms with the past, improve the present, or find hope for the future. Finding a therapist who is the right “cup of tea” for you can feel tricky. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to see if we might work well together.

I have experience supporting individuals dealing with ADHD, PMDD, anxiety, trauma, and emotional challenges. My approach blends evidence-based psychotherapy techniques with a client-centred philosophy to support your mental health and personal growth.

I work with people facing a wide range of challenges, including:

  • Depression, anxiety, and chronic stress

  • ADHD and PMDD

  • Suicidal thoughts and trauma

  • Relationship difficulties, infidelity, and divorce

  • Workaholism, burnout, and life transitions

  • Loneliness, self-realisation, and personal growth

Whether you’re navigating a specific life challenge or simply looking to grow personally, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can move forward at your own pace.
