Hello! I’m Tilly – a qualified and accredited psychotherapist, who is captivated by human emotion and behaviour.

Therapy is a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. Whatever you are facing and whatever you are feeling, therapy provides an opportunity to understand yourself better and develop healthier ways to cope.

Through our sessions, we will work together to uncover the root causes of how these feelings came to be and navigate ways of moving through them.

In my sessions, I strongly believe in not only revisiting the past (which can be very painful) but also the importance of focusing on the present state and also hopes for the future. I feel passionate about incorporating all three elements of time and feel that this gives a more holistic framework to the therapy.

I am an Integrative psychotherapist meaning I incorporate a range of approaches specific to the need of each client. Some examples of these different ways of working include psychodynamic, existential, CBT, and humanistic approaches. I also pay particular attention to the connection between mind and body. I believe that our bodies can tell us alot and that we should listen!
Most important is the relationship between us and I hope to provide you with a comfortable, trusting, safe and compassionate setting whilst we make sense of things going on for you.

I have experience working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, low confidence, addiction, bereavement, relationships, abuse, suicide, family dynamics and other mental health issues.

Prior to starting my private practice, I worked for two established therapy clinics and three hospitals in Central London. Having also spent time working for a mental health charity in Asia, I am extremely interested in culture and cross-cultural issues and I currently work with a range of clients from different backgrounds and ethnicities.

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
