I am an integrative psychotherapist drawing on a variety of modalities to best suit your unique needs. I have experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, burnout, questions of identity and belonging, neurodivergence, existential questions, long-term health conditions, life changes or transitions, complex family relationships, intergenerational trauma, and inter-racial or inter-faith relationship issues.

I am mixed race and have lived in various countries in Europe, Latin America and Asia and travelled extensively. I have a particular interest in questions of identity and belonging — themes that are central to feeling safe, understood, and at home in the world.

Before training as a therapist, I worked for over a decade in the UK and EU civil service. Living and working across cultures can be enriching, fostering adaptability and resilience. At the same time, it can also bring feelings of disconnection or uncertainty about what or where home truly is. This experience of belonging everywhere and nowhere was a key influence in my decision to retrain.
