Nassima Bleszynski
I’m an attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist and clinical supervisor who trained at The Bowlby Centre in London. I’m a UKCP registered psychotherapist with experience in private practice, the NHS and voluntary sector.
I have experience of working on an open-ended therapy and a short-term basis. My approach is deeply relational, and I see psychotherapy as a collaborative venture.
As an attachment-based therapist, I am especially interested in how our early relationships shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we experience the world.
In addition to the attachment model, my trauma-informed approach draws significant influence from Jungian depth psychology, as well as a range of body-based therapeutic modalities, in particular the advanced mind-body psychotherapy developed by Albert Pesso and Diane Boyden-Pesso: Pesso-Boyden System Psychotherapy (PBSP), as well as the body-oriented
therapy Somatic Experiencing (SE) developed by Dr. Peter Levine.
These two body-based models offer valuable frameworks for understanding and addressing the complexities of trauma.
I offer in-person and online psychotherapy and counselling.
