Nicole Biggs

I am an Integrative Counsellor, meaning that I do not specialise in a particular type of counselling. This means that I am able to tailor my approach to the needs of the individual. Through using these different approaches I am then able to be flexible and adapt to the changing needs and priorities of the client.

I am also a hypnotherapist. I find this approach very useful indeed, as it can help us to quickly get to the cause of the issue by using the power of someone’s sub-conscious. It can therefore enable deep changes, and is very good at habit breaking: like weight loss and stop smoking.

However, it can also be very helpful with trauma, meaning that this can be dealt with quickly in a far less upsetting way.

I help people manage their anxiety, anger and depression and explore the reasons for these feelings. I help people increase their confidence and self-esteem and live life to the full.

I offer couples counselling and find my previous job as a Divorce Solicitor really helps me to offer a unique insight into relationship issues. I also help individuals with relationship issues. I was a Cruse Bereavement Volunteer for over 7 years and so have lots of experience of supporting people with grief.

I have additional training to support people with ADHA and Autism.
