Nour Talli

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist based in London, Brighton and online. I offer a confidential space to help you explore complex feelings, relationships, and life’s challenges.

My approach values curiosity, deep reflection, and understanding how unconscious patterns shape our lives. Life’s difficulties – be they relationship issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, grief, or trauma – often carry underlying emotional roots that we may not fully grasp. In our sessions, we will examine these influences together, helping you find the words for what may be troubling you and empowering you to gain clarity in your personal, creative, and professional life. I offer open-ended therapy with no fixed end date and time-limited therapy, depending on your goals. Sessions are 50 minutes long and held weekly at the same time. We will regularly review your progress to ensure you get the most from our time together, recognising that meaningful change takes time and patience.

In our first session, we will explore your concerns, gather a detailed background, and discuss what you hope to achieve through therapy. This initial consultation is a two-way process, helping us determine if we can work together and giving you a chance to ask any questions.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to its ethical guideline and professional standards. I am also a member of the Black African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN).

I offer therapy in English and Arabic.

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
