Olivia Buckeridge

I am a Clinical Psychologist offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults and young people. I work with people who may look as though they are coping on the outside, while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood or unsure how to move forward. I also support people affected by trauma, OCD, health anxiety, relationship difficulties and challenging life transitions.

My style is warm, collaborative and thoughtful. I aim to create a space where you can feel understood, while also helping you make sense of the patterns that may be keeping difficulties going. Therapy with me is not about being told what to do. It is about working together to understand what has happened, what matters to you and what might help you move forward. I draw on a range of psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), trauma-focused therapy and attachment-informed approaches.

Therapy is tailored to you rather than feeling like a one-size-fits-all model. I offer online therapy and in-person sessions from consulting rooms in Central London, with afternoon and evening appointments available. You can also find information and resources about what might be troubling you and how to move forward on my website.

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
