If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or distressed about any aspect of your sexual or romantic life, you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a Sex & Relationship therapist, I work with individuals and couples of all genders, sexual identities and relationship dynamics to help bring clarity, healing and connection. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, and I welcome clients with a range of different concerns. These include painful sex, low desire, communication issues, unreliable erections, conflict, infidelity, compulsive sexual behaviours, and difficulty reaching orgasm, as well as the lasting impact of trauma or abuse. I also support clients going through physical change, whether that’s due to menopause and aging, illness or surgery. If your body isn’t working the way it used to, I can support you in managing any difficult feelings that arise and help you embrace a new chapter of greater confidence and hope. Perhaps you’re facing uncertainty in your relationship(s) right now, struggling to say what you need, or carrying shame that makes it hard to enjoy touch or intimacy. Performance anxiety, low self-esteem, or a lack of clear boundaries can all be obstacles to an intimate life that nourishes and fulfils you. Together, we’ll gently move towards new ways of looking at yourself, your body, and your desires to create possibilities, pleasure and freedom. Our sessions are a time when you don’t have to hide, edit yourself, or perform. Your most tender, vulnerable thoughts and feelings are welcome and will be listened to. When it comes to sex and relationships, there’s no ‘normal’ you need to measure up to. What matters is what’s true for you. And finally, this is talking therapy which means there’s no intimate or sexual touch during our sessions and clothes stay on. There’s no shame in needing body-to-body contact, but I’m afraid that won’t be possible with me

Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
