Oxfordshire Family Mediators: Kerry Williamson and Jo Farrant
Kerry Williamson and Jo Farrant are experienced independent family mediators with Oxfordshire Family Mediators (OFM). They are members of National Family Mediation and the Family Mediators Association (respectively) and accredited by the Family Mediation Council (FMC).
Their aim is to help clients handle conflict following relationship breakdown in a constructive way. For most people, family mediation gives the best chance of achieving workable agreements that take care of the needs of all, including children where they are involved.
Kerry and Jo are professional, familiar with the law and experienced in mediation involving children and finances. They provide a high-quality family mediation service at accessible rates, including voucher scheme funding in children cases.
They are experienced in all kinds of family mediation, and have helped very many clients reach agreement on:
how to divide assets, including pensions
how monthly finances will be managed, including maintenance
how children’s arrangements will work on separation
how to support children and meet their needs
Kerry also offers Child Inclusive Mediation, which is recognised as important for children adjusting to their parents’ separation.
Kerry has a background in law (BA Oxon) and teaching (CertEd), offers Professional Practice Consultancy to mediators and training to other professionals.

Jo was a family barrister and, after a career break, re-trained as a family mediator with National Family Mediation. She has a degree in law: BA (Cantab) and now works solely as a mediator.
