Pauline is an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher having started her journey in 2009, she has since trained in Holistic and Deep Tissue Massage, Sound Healing with Drum, Crystal Healing, Sacred Circles and is also over 500 hrs trained in yoga.

She has travelled to India and Mexico to deepen her studies and knowledge in yoga and Shamanic Healing for her clients, students and her own journey.

She holds space for 1-1 and group sessions including at Re:Mind Studio in Belgravia, Sacred Tones in Fulham and also was in the healing village at Medicine Festival.
