Many of us experience times when life feels hard – whether it’s something we’ve been struggling with for a long time, or a present problem causing us pain or holding us back from living the life we want. At the heart of my work is building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to share your story and explore what’s troubling you in a warm, confidential, non-judgemental space.
I believe all of us are doing the best we can, often in less than ideal circumstances, and I’ll work alongside you at your own pace, gently uncovering new perspectives and possibilities for meaningful change & healing. I am a humanistic integrative counsellor, drawing from several theoretical models including Relational Person-Centred, Psychodynamic & Felt Sense.
