Rebecca Roberts

I’m Dr. Rebecca Roberts, a Clinical Psychologist, with experience in supporting children, young people and families facing a range of physical and mental health challenges. Since completing my Doctorate at the University of Oxford, I have worked at the John Radcliffe Hospital, where I support children with complex neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions.

I offer a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailored to the specific needs of each individual, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy. I am experienced in working with young people facing emotional and behavioural challenges and particularly enjoy working with parents.

I take a pragmatic and flexible approach to meet the needs of young people where they’re at, and believe that working collaboratively with young people and their families can make a big difference. I prioritise building a positive relationship with young people, helping them to feel heard and understood, so that they can work towards their goals, recognise their strengths and overcome challenges. My playful and creative approach often helps children engage meaningfully in the therapeutic process.

I’m committed to offering thoughtful, evidence-based therapy that supports children and their families to move forward after difficult times.
