Renate James
Hi, I’m a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP reg. 058677) and abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice. I have 10 years experience as a helping professional.
I offer counselling in Salisbury based on a Humanistic approach called Transactional Analysis Theory. This highly sophisticated method of counselling is an easily accessible and easy to follow theory of modern psychology. I also incorporate elements from Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Analytic therapy. Everyone is different and increasing research shows that no single method is sufficient for successful counselling and psychotherapy. When you come to me for your counselling, my approach will be adapted to fit you, and you will not be squeezed into any rigid way of working.
