Rimma Tertytska
Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have spent a long time coping on their own.
From the outside things may appear manageable, but internally it can feel overwhelming, confusing or exhausting. You may notice patterns in your emotions or relationships that are hard to change, even when you try.
I’m Rimma, an integrative counsellor and NLP trainer offering a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to therapy.
I combine relational counselling with practical tools that help clients understand their experiences and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked with organisations including West Kent Mind and Family Matters, supporting clients affected by anxiety, trauma, domestic abuse, and sexual violence.
This experience informs my understanding of how deeply past experiences can shape emotional wellbeing, relationships, and sense of self.
Therapy is a collaborative process where you are met with warmth, curiosity and respect.
Our sessions move at your pace. Some clients come for focused work on a specific issue, while others explore deeper patterns and experiences. Together we aim to build understanding, resilience and meaningful change.
If you feel that my approach resonates with you, you are welcome to get in touch to explore whether therapy together would feel like the right fit.
