I am an experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist and specialist fertility counsellor. I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore a range of issues. I work alongside couples to help them reconnect and rebuild their relationship, especially when communication and trust have broken down; where there is conflict or where the partners are struggling with painful and difficult life events. I see individuals who may be struggling to find the right partner or who seem to be unable to maintain their relationships. Psychotherapy can help make sense of these patterns of relating by offering a deeper exploration of childhood experiences and the effect they have on adult relationship attachments. I specialise in working with individuals and couples who need support during their fertility journey or are struggling with the difficulties surrounding infertility treatment, pregnancy and/or baby loss.
