Hi, I’m Ros (she/her), and I currently have availability on Mondays before 2pm in central Bristol, or contact me to discuss further availability throughout the week.

I am a BACP registered integrative student counsellor in my final year of training. I offer weekly in-person counselling to adults (18+) at a rate of £30 per 50 minute session.

I work integratively from a person-centred and trauma-informed foundation. I have a particular interest in the mind-body connection and work with breath and the senses to regulate, explore and understand feelings and emotions, which I fully welcome in to the therapy room with you.

I believe that for therapy to be effective it is crucial that you can be yourself, talk openly and feel held, heard and respected, and I will meet you with empathy, understanding and care. Together we can explore difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences, gently and with compassion.

I prioritise safety, inclusivity, and openness – I will respect your differences and seek to understand you and your unique challenges.

During our sessions together we can focus on what is most important to you: I believe you have the power to heal and grow and I will support you in taking the steps you would like to in your life.

I offer a confidential, judgement-free environment and have experience working with adults across many ages, life stages and genders, LGBTQIA+ people, and a range of ethnicities and backgrounds, as well as those from poly and ENM communities.

It is really important that you get a feel for your therapist before you start counselling, and so I offer a free 15 minute phone conversation to answer any questions you might have and see if I might be a good fit for you.

Please do not hesitate to email me on rosvitkovitch@gmail.com to arrange an introductory phonecall.
