Rosa Gallo is an experienced Craniosacral Therapist, graduating from the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CCST) in London and a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association. She is committed to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and advanced postgraduate training, ensuring her practice reflects the latest developments in Craniosacral Therapy.

Her path into Craniosacral Therapy was shaped by personal experience. Following her own cancer diagnosis more than 15 years ago, she discovered Craniosacral Therapy alongside conventional medical treatment. The profound support it offered, helping to calm her nervous system, ease physical and emotional trauma, and reconnect her with her body, inspired her to train as a therapist and dedicate her career to helping others.

Today, she supports clients from babies to adults through a wide range of physical and emotional challenges. Her work is trauma informed, compassionate and always tailored to the individual, complementing conventional medical care while supporting the body’s innate capacity to heal.

She regularly works with clients experiencing:

• Cancer and cancer recovery
• Birth trauma
• Pregnancy, postnatal recovery and postpartum wellbeing
• Preparation for and recovery from surgery
• Chronic stress and burnout
• Anxiety and panic attacks
• Grief and emotional trauma
• Chronic fatigue
• Menopause
• Persistent pain and tension
• Sleep difficulties (Insomnia)
• Nervous system dysregulation

Alongside her established private practice, she has spent the past four years working with the KOTG (Kids on the Green) community project in North Kensington, supporting adults, children and families affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy, as well as the wider local community. This work has further strengthened her expertise in trauma-informed care and reinforced her commitment to creating a safe, respectful and compassionate therapeutic environment.

Combining professional expertise with lived experience, Rosa is known for her calm, empathetic presence and her belief that when the nervous system feels safe, healing can begin. Her goal is to help each client reconnect with their resilience, restore balance and move towards greater health and wellbeing.
