Roy Peach
I’m Roy, a Personal Growth Coach who works with children, teens, and adults to build their confidence, emotional resilience, and find direction by stepping into their strength. I offer compassionate, person-led coaching for those facing life’s challenges, from emotionally based school absence to career transitions and burnout.
My approach is grounded in empathy, trust, and over two decades of experience working with children, young people, families, and communities. Coaching with me is a collaborative, safe space to rediscover clarity, confidence, and direction, one meaningful step at a time.
My background is vast, from working in key pastoral and behaviour management roles in primary and secondary schools, in engagement and attendance for the local authority, through to relaunching and managing two local youth centres. I have coached young people fearful of attending school to get back into the classroom, and helped parents realise their abilities and how they themselves are still individuals and not simply ‘parent’.
Having been involved with theatre for a number of years (and currently also the Education Manager for a professional touring theatre company), I like to keep sessions creative, so once we’ve nailed down what you want to achieve, sessions may include the use of visual materials, anchoring to movements, or even playing games. Coaching should be enjoyable, not a chore, and that’s what I aim to provide so that you, or your child, can reach yours or their potential.
