Hello, I am a friendly experienced counsellor. I offer integrative, humanistic counselling.
I have a particular focus on young people and neuro-diversity and trauma informed approaches.
I have worked with a number of national and local charities including rape crisis services, domestic abuse services, Galop – the national LGBT+ specialist service and the Young People’s Centre.
I offer talking therapy that is about making sense of experience, learning new skills, understanding who you are and how you got to where you find yourself and working together to find relationship based solutions.
