Sally Martin
The process of working together can help ease distress and support you to feel calmer and more hopeful. Therapy can help you through your current situation and strengthen your capacity to be healthy in yourself and your relationships. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, identity issues, loss, work related stress, and relationship difficulties.
My approach is integrative in that it draws on a range of therapeutic models to suit your particular needs. As well as offering short-term solution based work, I work with clients on the impact of early relational disruptions. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, relationships are painful, and earlier patterns are repeated: I offer a supportive and accepting environment where we can explore these challenges with compassion and insight. I also have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent adults, including those diagnosed or identifying with autism and ADHD.
Whether you’re seeking understanding or help navigating your place in the world, relationships, burnout, anxiety, grounding and regulation techniques, or communication challenges–I offer therapy that validates and supports who you are.
