Sandra Hamilton
Whether you are seeking support with a specific difficulty or looking for longer-term therapeutic work, we can think together about what might feel most helpful for you.
Therapy can be time-limited or open-ended, depending on your needs, and this is something we can discuss during an initial consultation.
I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor with over ten years’ clinical experience, working across NHS, voluntary-sector and private practice settings with adults experiencing a range of emotional and relational difficulties.
In sessions, you are invited to speak freely about whatever feels important to you. My work is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy, exploring thoughts, feelings, relationships and patterns that may have developed through earlier experiences and continue to shape your life today.
I am mindful of how our background, identity, circumstances and neurodiversity can shape our lives, and I welcome these as part of our work together. I offer therapy in English and Polish to adults aged 18 and over. I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions
