Many people come to therapy because something doesn’t feel quite right. They may be successful, capable, and outwardly coping well, yet beneath the surface there is anxiety, emotional strain, recurring relationship difficulties, low self-worth, or a sense of disconnection that has not shifted despite considerable effort to understand it. I offer integrative psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy for adults seeking deeper, lasting change.

My approach is grounded in the belief that many of the difficulties we experience in adulthood have roots in earlier experiences, relational patterns, and unconscious processes that sit beyond the reach of insight alone. While understanding is important, meaningful change often requires working at a deeper level.

I specialise in working with anxiety, complex trauma, relationship difficulties, shame, perfectionism, low self-worth, identity concerns, and longstanding emotional or behavioural patterns. I also support people who feel stuck in recurring cycles, whether in their personal lives, relationships, or their relationship with themselves. As an integrative practitioner, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.

My work incorporates psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Parts Work, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and attachment-informed approaches. This allows us to work not only with thoughts and behaviours, but also with the deeper emotional and physiological patterns that may be maintaining distress. Alongside my clinical practice, I have worked at senior levels within organisations including SHL and Deloitte, leading psychological and leadership development initiatives across complex systems. This experience gives me a particular understanding of the pressures faced by professionals, leaders, and high-functioning individuals who may appear to manage well externally while carrying significant internal struggles. Therapy with me offers a thoughtful, collaborative, and non-judgemental space in which to explore what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we work to understand the origins of current difficulties, process unresolved experiences, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. The aim is not simply symptom management, but helping you create sustainable change and a greater sense of connection, clarity, and emotional freedom. I offer sessions in Marylebone and Wimbledon, as well as online therapy throughout the UK and internationally.

I also provide a complimentary 20-minute introductory consultation, allowing us to discuss what brings you to therapy and whether working together feels like the right fit.
