Sarah Fordham
I am a warm, down-to-earth and compassionate integrative therapist. I offer a non-judgemental safe space to talk. I would like to support you in your curiosity about yourself and to explore how experiences in your life have shaped who you are and how they may be having an impact on you today. I am here to support you in better understanding yourself.
You are the expert of you; I am here to work with your experiences, your feelings and your goals. My hope is to work collaboratively together – it may not be my role to give you solutions or direct advice, but I can support you in finding the answers you have been looking for.
I have a background in Fine Art and I can work creatively with you if this is of interest to you – sometimes it can be difficult to find the words and there are other ways for us to express ourselves. Perhaps you already work creatively and want to use your writing, artwork or dreams to talk about in session.
I have a particular interest in supporting you in navigating your relationships with others – perhaps it’s difficult family relationships or estrangement, or you are struggling with dating or feeling as though you feel you have a pattern of always choosing partners that aren’t the right fit for you.
