I help people make positive changes in their lives. I work with clients who want to stop smoking, lose weight, become more confident; deal with stress, insomnia, anxiety, low confidence or panic attacks; overcome phobias, be more motivated, manage pain or get rid of unwanted habits.
I first trained in hypnotherapy in 2002 to help people achieve their desired change as quickly and easily as possible. Having a variety of techniques available means I can use the ones that are most suitable in that particular session.
I recommend a 90 minute session initially and follow up sessions are 60 minutes.
