I’m an Attachment focused Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist.
I’m interested in how early experiences or traumatic events shape our ways of being in relationship with ourselves and others. These emotions may be held implicitly, or outside our conscious awareness.
At the heart of my practice sits intersectionality; an understanding how constructs of race, gender, class, sexuality, and ability, overlap with systems of power, privilege, and oppression to shape us alongside our relationships.
Therapy can help you explore these complex feelings, make sense of our behaviours, and help make changes you want.
