Therapy can reveal new perspectives on your experiences and relationships, helping you to uncover previously unknown valuable aspects of yourself. By exploring your unique life story and current difficulties, I aim to help you develop a greater sense of well-being and more satisfying relationships, fostering self-discovery, growth, and fulfilment. I am clinically experienced working with a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, ADHD, family and relationship difficulties, chronic pain, boarding school trauma, dissociation, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. I hold a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with distinction from WPF Therapy, and have further training in Analytical Psychology (Jungian) and Couple Psychotherapy (ongoing).
