My pronouns are she/her

I am a creative therapist who uses a relational, creative and trauma-informed approach to work with clients towards lasting change. I try to facilitate a space where my clients can show up fully and explore parts of themselves that feel vulnerable. I’m passionate about supporting people with understanding their neurodivergence, processing trauma and exploring identity.

Together, we’ll explore your inner world through a combination of creative therapy, psychoanalytical therapy, developmental psychology and person-centred therapy. We’ll uncover the hidden parts of yourself and walk together toward healing, self-compassion, and a deeper sense of self.

I hold a Master’s in Drama and Movement Therapy from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (University of London) and I am registered with the HCPC (Health Care Professions Council). I am currently undertaking training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am working towards interweaving EMDR within my therapy processes.
