Sophie Redgrave
I am a trainee person-centred psychotherapist in the final stages of my Master’s training in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy.
I offer a warm, accepting, and non-directive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Maybe you have been struggling for a while and are seeking change, or perhaps you are navigating a new transition or challenging life event. I am here to work alongside you understanding your experience as you live it. I am not the expert of your story, but I’m here alongside you every step of the way. I believe that when we feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted, we can begin to reconnect with ourselves in new and meaningful ways. I understand how easy it can be to become disconnected from yourself whilst trying to meet the expectations of others, navigate life’s challenges, or simply keep going day to day. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, shame, relationship difficulties, life transitions, loss, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome.
My work is grounded in the core person-centred values of empathy, acceptance, and authenticity. Together, we will work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. Whatever brings you to therapy, I will walk alongside you with curiosity, respect, and care as you explore your own way forward.
