Do you ever feel overwhelmed and feel no one understands you?

Perhaps you worry about making the wrong choice—disappointing someone, causing regret, or just failing. And all the while, you feel you have to keep up a brave front, hiding the inner conflict that no one else seems to notice or truly understand.

If any of this resonates, you don’t have to carry this on your own. Through these words, I hope to show you that I recognise how challenging life can be. With that understanding, I aim to help you feel heard, understood, and supported.

I help people who experience anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, disability, or struggle with relationships. I’ll support you gently in finding the words, without any judgement. We’ll explore your disappointments and pain, barriers, and expectations placed on you, as well as hopes, fantasies, possibilities.

We can reflect on familiar patterns, and help discover your own strengths and resources, new ways of seeing yourself and your situations. I offer a free chat, so you can see if you feel we’re a good fit, without obligation. We’ll only start when you feel ready—with whatever’s on your mind—and we’ll take it one step at a time, together.

A little about me: Before becoming a counsellor, I worked for many years in corporate settings, where I often felt a lack of compassion. I also have extensive experience of working with people with disabilities, and have come to understand the frustration and isolation that many face. My approach is grounded in the belief that society could be more inclusive and accessible. I can communicate using Sign Supported English.
