I am a BACP-registered and accredited counsellor and supervisor offering online counselling and clinical supervision in a warm, compassionate, and confidential space. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where you are met with respect, curiosity, and genuine care. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, loss, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I offer a steady therapeutic relationship where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

Seeking therapy can feel like a significant step, and I understand that finding the right counsellor is important. My aim is to create an environment where you feel safe enough to talk openly, without fear of judgement or pressure. Together we can make sense of what has brought you to therapy, deepen your understanding of yourself, and discover new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

My approach is Person Centered, drawing on humanistic values, relational therapy, and embodied awareness. I believe that our thoughts, emotions, relationships and physical experiences are closely connected. As we work together, I pay attention not only to the stories you share but also to the patterns, emotions, and bodily experiences that may be influencing how you navigate your life today. By gently exploring these together, therapy can help bring greater clarity, self-awareness, and lasting change.

Over the years I have worked with adults facing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties. Many clients come to therapy during periods of uncertainty, change, or crisis, while others wish to understand long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. Whatever your reasons for seeking support, I will work alongside you with warmth, honesty, and compassion, recognising your strengths as well as the challenges you face.

Alongside my counselling practice, I provide clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists. My supervision is grounded in relational, reflective practice and offers a supportive space to think deeply about client work, ethical practice, professional development, and self-care. I aim to help practitioners strengthen their confidence, develop their therapeutic presence, and sustain themselves in what can be deeply rewarding and demanding work.

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that therapy is not about fixing people but about creating the conditions where growth, healing, and self-understanding can emerge. I value authenticity, kindness, and a genuine therapeutic relationship, trusting that meaningful change often begins when we feel truly seen and heard.

If you feel that my approach resonates with you, I would be pleased to hear from you. Together we can explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and whether working together feels like the right fit for this stage of your journey.
